Before beginning, you need to know that Christians divide The Holy Bible into The Old Testament and The New Testament.

You need to know that the word, Testament = Contract = Covenant = Promise

You need to know that these Testaments with God are very important to Christians and to Jews.

In fact, these Contracts are the essence of The Holy Bible.

In other words, to understand The Holy Bible, you need to understand these Contracts.

Also, you need to know that all Jews trace their ancestry to Father Abraham.

·         Abraham is the father of Isaac.

·         Isaac is the father of Jacob.

·         Jacob is the father of 12 sons.

·         The 12 sons are the fathers of the 12 Tribes of Israel

·         The 12 tribes of Israel are the fathers of all the Jews that ever lived in the world.

In the next few sentences, you will see why genealogy is very important to Jews.

The Old Testament

In the book of Genesis, The Holy Bible tells us that God made a Contract with Abraham.

The Old Contract

1. Parties:

  • God

  • Abraham

  • Abraham's descendants, the Jews

2.  Reasons:

So, that God will have people to worship him.

3. Obligations:

Abraham and his descendants must

Moses with The Law

4. Expectations:

God would give Abraham and his descendants

All the land from the Nile to the Euphrates rivers

Also, known as

The Promised Land

 Genesis 15:18

But, the Jews broke the very first Commandment of the Law and, thereby, broke The Contract. Deuteronomy 32:16

"I am the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not have other Gods before me."  Exodus 20:1-5

God was furious with the Jews.

You see, the God of the Jews is a jealous God.    Exodus 34:12

So, God decided to give His blessings to the Gentiles and make the Jews jealous.  Romans 11:7

To make things worse for the Jews, God was going to make the Jews

  • poor, and

  • homeless, and

  • despised by the rest of the world

  • God was even going to destroy their beautiful Holy City of Jerusalem. Jeremiah 22:1

God knew that when the Jews saw what was happening to them, they'd repent and come back to Him.

Well, sure enough, in the 8th Century BC, God began His plan to punish the Jews.

First, God sent the Assyrians, then the Babylonians to

·         destroy the Twin Kingdoms of Israel and Judah and

·         disperse the Jews to the four corners of the world.

These homeless, Wandering Jews became know as

The Diaspora

or

The Lost 12 Tribes Of Israel

or

The Lost Tribes Of Israel

or

The Lost Sheep

The Wandering Jews

Babylonian King, Nebuchadnezzar                  The Destruction of Jerusalem

But, as tough as God was on His people, He still loved them like a good father loves his naughty children.

In fact, the Bible calls the Jews, "God's Children".  Romans 9:6

And so, because God loved His children,

He began talking with certain Jewish holy men, known as The Prophets.

He told the Prophets that not only would He punish the Jews for their sin, but also someday He'd

·         forgive the Jews, and

·         make a new contract with the Jews, and even                              Jeremiah 31:31

·         send a Messiah to lead the Jews back to the Promised Land          Jeremiah 23:1

Today,

Orthodox Jews watch and pray for the Messiah

to lead them to The Promised Land

****************************************************************************

The New Testament

Testament = Contract = Covenant = Promise

The New Testament = Christians

To understand The New Contract, we must

  1. Keep Jesus and his words in the context of the Bible, and

  2. Keep the Bible in the context of History.

Therefore, historically,

  • The Jews were resisting the Roman occupation of Judea in 66AD.

  • The Christians were Jews who believe the Messiah has come to lead them.

  1. Jesus is the Redeemer when He sacrifices his blood to wash away the sins of the Jews.

  2. Jesus is the Messiah when He leads the Jews to victory at the end of the world, in their lifetime..

The key to unlocking The New Testament are the words of Jesus in Matthew's two stories:

  1. Jesus and the Gentile woman

  2. Jesus' instructions to His apostles.

Fortunately, revisionists did not edit Matthew's stories, as they did Mark's version of the same stories.

Thus, we can see that

The Bible (The New Testament) fits the context of history because in 66AD, the Jews are at war with Rome, and they are looking for a Messiah to lead them to victory.

Jesus' words fit the context of the Bible (The New Promise) because The Holy Bible is a story of God's Promises to the Jews, no one else.

In the year 1 AD, God sent one of his sons, Jesus Christ, down to earth with The New Contract.    Genesis 6:1

Jesus was born in Bethlehem, to a virgin. He was circumcised and became a rabbi.

At age 32, he began preaching The New Contract to the Jews.

The New Contract is, also known as, the Gospel, or Good News.

The following is The New Contract that Jesus brought to down to earth.

The New Contract According To Jesus

1. Parties:

        Matthew 10:5  h

God and the Jews

2.  Reasons:

So, that God will have people to worship him.

3. Obligations:

         Mark 16:15-16  ss

         Genesis 15:18 zz

·         be a descendant of Abraham

·         be circumcised at the end of your penis.

·         follow The Law

·         believe that Jesus is the Redeemer/ Messiah

·         be baptized

4. Expectations:

                                                 A. Jesus will be a

·         Redeemer and shed his blood for the Jews, especially, for the sin of idolatry.

·         Messiah, who will lead the Jews to victory at the end of the end of the world.

                                                 B. God will

·         destroy heaven and earth and create a new heaven and earth.

·         create a New Jerusalem and send it down to the new earth.

·         judge the people and send

o        Bad people into a pool of eternal fire and brimstone.

o        Good people into The New Jerusalem

·         live in The New Jerusalem with the Lamb, the Tree of Life, the River of Life forever.

To help him spread The New Contract, Jesus recruits 12 Apostles.

(12 Tribes = 12 Apostles)

The Apostles are

1.      Peter

2.      Andrew

3.      James, son of Zebedee

4.      John

5.      Philip

6.      Bartholomew

7.      Matthew:

8.      Thomas

9.      James, son of Alphaeus

10.  Thaddeus

11.  Simon the Zealot

12.  Judas Iscariot

Note, Paul is not listed.

Jesus told the apostles to go to the Lost Sheep of Israel and tell them that

·         The New Contract is here.

·         The End Of The World is at hand. And, it will all happen in their life time.      Mark13:26

Then, Jesus performs a few miracles to prove to them that He's the Messiah.   Matthew 10:34

He makes

·         the blind see

·         the lame walk

·         the deaf hear

·         the leper clean

·         the dead rise from the dead

·         casts out devils

·         walks on water

·         hovers in the air

·         speaks in tongues

·         changes water into wine

·         multiplies the loaves and the fishes

·         and that's just a few of them.

Jesus gives these powers to the apostles and sends them to find The Lost Sheep, no one else.     Matthew 10:5

But, then, things start to happen.

The Jews accuse Jesus of Blasphemy and want Him crucified.

They complain to the Roman authority that Jesus is telling everyone He's God.

(Covertly, the Jew leadership knows that Jesus is the Redeemer)     John 11:47

But, Pilate, the Roman governor of Judea, tells the Jews, he can't find anything wrong with this man.

So, Jesus is an innocent man.

(Now, this fact is very important to Jews because Jews believe Blood Sacrifices must be innocent.)

But, the Jews incite the people to shout, "Crucify Him, Crucify Him."

Then, Pilate declares, "Then, his blood be upon your heads."

And, the Jews shout,

"His blood be upon us and upon our children". Matthew 27:22

Now, I know that sounded terrible for them to talk like that, but the Jews knew what they were doing.

You see, Jews believe that blood can wash away sin, especially, the blood of a Sacrificial Lamb.

And, Jesus was The Lamb of God.

So, by including their children, the Jews want their descendants to be redeemed of their sins.   Ezekiel 45:16

(Even today, Orthodox Jews use blood to wash away their sins, such as, Kapparot.or Korban Pesach)

Anyway, the Romans

·         Tie Jesus to a pillar and scourge Him (bloody)

·         Crown Him with thorns (bloody)

·         Nail Him to a cross (bloody)

·         Finally, a Roman soldier pierces His side with a lance. Blood and water come out (the last drop of blood). John 19:34

Then, Jesus

·         dies on the cross,

·         rises from the dead,

·         goes up into heaven, and

·         sits at the right hand of His Father, and

·         waits for The End Of The World, when he will return to earth as the Messiah.

This brings us to the last chapter in The New Testament,

______________________________________________________________________________________

The Apocalypse or Revelation

Revelation tells us that the

·         Messiah comes at the end of the world,

·         riding a white horse,

·         dressed in a garment sprinkled with blood and

·         leading a huge army out of heaven, all dressed in white robes.   Apocalypse 19:11

They fight victoriously in The Battle Of Armageddon and destroy all the bad people.

Then, God sits on a great, white throne for The Last Judgment:

·         God casts all the bad people, including Satan and Hell itself, into a pool of eternal fire and brimstone.

·         But the good people, who are in The Book Of Life, get to live in the beautiful New Jerusalem.   Apocalypse 20:11

Then, God destroys heaven and earth and creates a new heaven and a new earth.   Apocalypse 21:1

Then, God creates a beautiful New Jerusalem that comes down from Heaven.

Then, those people, who are written in the Book of Life, go to live in The New Jerusalem.  Apocalypse 7:4

God sits on a throne.

The Lamb sits on a white throne.

The River Of Life comes from under the throne.

And, the Tree Of Life grows on both sides of the river.  Apocalypse 22:1

And, they shall reign for ever and ever

And, that's how The New Testament should have ended.

But then,

along came Saul,

who changed his name to Paul

and changed history.

The Holy Bible tells us that Saul was a high ranking Pharisee in the Jerusalem temple.

Saul foresaw the coming First Jewish War with Rome in 66AD.

So, he

·         changed his name to Paul (a Gentile name).

·         joined one of the secret Messianic sects resisting the Romans.

·         claimed that he was one of their apostles, #13 to be exact.

·         claimed that, as he traveled on the road to Damascus, he had a vision from Jesus who told him

1.      to include Gentiles in The New Contract.

2.      that Gentiles did not have to be circumcised in the penis because God circumcised them in the heart.

Saul called himself, the Apostle To The Gentiles.

Paul The Interloper?

From a Jewish point of view, Paul's gospel is heresy.

  • Every Jew knows that only Jews are God's Chosen People.
  • Every Jew knows that only Jews could inherit the Promised Land.
  • Every Jew knows that every Jew has to be circumcised in the penis

In fact, the Bible tells us that the original apostles, Peter and James, disagreed with Paul's interpretation of the Gospel.

And, in Jerusalem, the Jews tried to kill Paul for his heresy.

Acts 21: 26-32

One scholar, Michael Goulder suggests that Paul, not Jesus, is the real author of today's version of Christianity.

Interestingly, Goulder was ordained a priest at Trinity College, became a famous Bible scholar, and died an atheist.

The New Contract According To Paul,

The 13th Apostle

1. Parties:

  • God

  • Jews

  • Gentiles

     Romans 11:25

     Romans 11:1

    Romans 2:29

2.  Reasons:

So, that God will have people to worship him

3. Obligations:

  • Keep the Law

  • Believe Jesus is the Messiah/ Redeemer

  • Be baptized.  Mark 16:15-16

  • Be circumcised either in the heart or the penis.  Paul 2: 26

4. Expectations:

a. Jesus would

·         shed his blood for the  sins of those who are baptized and accept Jesus

·         return as the Messiah and lead Good People to victory, at the end of the world

b. God would

·         destroy heaven and earth and create a new heaven and earth.

·         create a New Jerusalem and send it down to the new earth.

·         judge the people and send the

o        Bad people into a pool of fire and brimstone.

o        Good people  to live forever in The New Jerusalem with

§         God

§         The Lamb

§         The full number of Gentiles

§         The Chosen Few Jews (144,000)

§         The Tree of Life

§         The River of Life.

Paul's Gospel saved Christianity and, thereby, saved Judaism from annihilation in the First Jewish War.

However, Paul did assure the Gentiles that

·         Jews are First and Gentiles are Second,  in the eyes of God and to God's Promise. Romans 1:16

·         Jews are the Natural olive branches of God's olive tree. Gentiles are the Wild olive branches. In other words, God's promises are to the Jews because they are "God's Chosen People".  Deuteronomy7:6

The End Of The Holy Bible

Now, go back and read the verses that amplify the story.

you only need to read the words highlighted in red to get the idea.

If you like, you can read more.

It will give you an idea of the thinking of the people who wrote The Holy Bible.

Chapter And Verse

God's Contract With The Jews

The Old Testament

This verse is the heart of The Holy Bible.

Genesis 15:18

That day God made a covenant with Abram, saying:

To your children I will give

all the land, from the Nile river to the great Euphrates.

Genesis 17:1-14

1 And after he began to be ninety and nine years old, the Lord appeared to him: and said unto him: I am the Almighty God: walk before me, and be perfect. 2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee: and I will multiply thee exceedingly. 3 Abram fell flat on his face. 4 And God said to him: I AM, and my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name be called any more Abram: but thou shalt be called Abraham: because I have made thee a father of many nations.

6 And I will make thee increase, exceedingly, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee. 7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee, and between thy seed after thee in their generations, by a perpetual covenant: to be a God to thee, and to thy seed after thee. 8

And I will give to thee, and to thy seed, the land of thy sojournment,

all the land of Canaan

for a perpetual possession, and I will be their God. 9 Again God said to Abraham: And thou therefore shalt keep my covenant, and thy seed after thee in their generations. 10

This is my contract which you shall observe,

between me and you, and your children after you:

All males must be circumcised.

11 And you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin, that it may be for a sign of the covenant between me and you. 12 An infant of eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations: he that is born in the house, as well as the bought servant shall be circumcised, and whosoever is not of your stock: 13 And my covenant shall be in your flesh for a perpetual covenant. 14 The male, whose flesh of his foreskin shall not be circumcised, that soul shall be destroyed out of his people: because he hath broken my covenant. 15 God said also to Abraham: Sara thy wife thou shalt not call Sara, but Sara.

16 And I will bless her, and of her I will give thee a son, whom I will bless, and he shall become nations, and kings of people shall spring from him. 17 Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, saying in his heart: Shall a son, thinkest thou, be born to him that is a hundred years old? and shall Sara that is ninety years old bring forth? 18 And he said to God: O that Ishmael may live before thee. 19 And God said to Abraham: Sara thy wife shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name Isaac, and

I will establish my covenant with Abraham for a perpetual contract,

and with his children after him.

20 And as for Ishmael I have also heard thee. Behold, I will bless him, and increase, and multiply him exceedingly: he shall beget twelve chiefs, and I will make him a great nation.

21 But my contract I will establish only with Abraham's son, Isaac,

whom Sara shall bring forth to you at this time in the next year.

The Jews Are God's Chosen People

Deuteronomy 7:6

Because thou art a holy people to the Lord thy God.

The Lord thy God hath chosen thee, to be his peculiar people of all peoples that are upon the earth.

7 Not because you surpass all nations in number, is the Lord joined unto you, and hath chosen you, for you are the fewest of any people: 8 But because the Lord hath loved you, and hath kept his oath, which he swore to your fathers: and hath brought you out with a strong hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, out of the hand of Pharaoh the king of Egypt. 9 And thou shalt know that the Lord thy God, he is a strong and faithful God, keeping his covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments, unto a thousand generations.

it had a wall great and high, having twelve gates,

The  Jews Break The Contract

Deuteronomy 32:16

They provoked him by strange gods, and stirred him up to anger, with their abominations. [17] They sacrificed to devils and not to God: to gods whom they knew not: that were newly come up, whom their fathers worshipped not. [18] Thou hast forsaken the God that beget thee, and hast forgotten the Lord that created thee. [19] The Lord saw, and was moved to wrath: because his own sons and daughters provoked him. [20] And he said: I will hide my face from them, and will consider what their last end shall be: for it is a perverse generation, and unfaithful children.

I will make void the covenant, which I have made with them,

God Makes The Jews Jealous

Romans 11:7

7 What then? That which Israel sought, he hath not obtained: but the election hath obtained it; and the rest have been blinded. 8 As it is written: God hath given them the spirit of insensibility; eyes that they should not see; and ears that they should not hear, until this present day. 9 And David saith: Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumbling block, and a recompense unto them. 10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see: and bow down their back always.

11 I say then, have they so stumbled, that they should fall? God forbid.

But, because the Jews sinned against God, God gave the riches to the Gentiles to make the Jews jealous of the Gentiles. 12 But, if the Jew's sin against God gave riches to the world, and if the Jew's humiliation by God gave riches to the Gentiles, can you imagine how great things are going to be when all the Jews come back to God?

13 For I say to you, Gentiles, As long as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I will honor my ministry, 14

But, if, by any means, I can provoke to jealousy those who are my own flesh and blood, and thereby save some of them, I'll do it. 15 Because, if the loss of them is the salvation of the world, then the return of them to God will be like life from the dead.

Romans 11:11

Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather,

because of the Jews transgression,
salvation has come to the Gentiles
to make all Israel jealous.

12But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, then can you imagine how much richer the world will be when all the Jews return to God!

A Certain Number Of Gentiles Will Come In

Romans 11:25

For I would not have you ignorant, brethren, of this mystery, (lest you should be wise in your own conceits), that blindness has happened to the Jews,

until a certain number of Gentiles have come in.

26 And when that number has come in, all Israel shall be saved, because it is written: "There shall come out of Zion, a leader who will deliver and turn away ungodliness from the children of Jacob. 27 And this is my covenant with the Jews that when the Messiah comes, I shall take away the sins of the Jews."

28 As concerning the gospel, indeed, the Jews are enemies for your sake. But, as touching the Covenant, they are most dear because of their fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 29 For the gifts and the calling from God are without repentance. 30 Because just as you, in times past, did not believe God, but now have obtained his mercy, because of the Jews unbelief;  31 So also, the Jews did not believe, which was a blessing to you, so that they also may obtain mercy. 32 Because God has cast all the Jews in unbelief, so that he may have mercy on all of them too.

The Sons Of God

Genesis 6:1

And after that men began to be multiplied upon the earth, and daughters were born to them, 2

The sons of God seeing the daughters of men,

that they were fair, took to themselves wives of all which they chose. 3 And God said: My spirit shall not remain in man for ever, because he is flesh, and his days shall be a hundred and twenty years. 4 Now giants were upon the earth in those days. For after the sons of God went in to the daughters of men, and they brought forth children, these are the mighty men of old, men of renown.

The Jews Know Jesus Is The Redeemer

John 11:47

"What are we accomplishing?" they asked. "Here is this man performing many miraculous signs. 48If we let him go on like this, everyone will believe in him, and then the Romans will come and take away both our place] and our nation."

49Then one of them, named Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, spoke up, "You know nothing at all! 50

You do not realize that it is better for you that one man die for the people than that the whole nation perish."

51He did not say this on his own, but as high priest that year he prophesied that

Jesus would die for the Jewish nation, 52and not only for that nation but also for the scattered children of God, to bring them together and make them one.

53So from that day on they plotted to take his life.

Circumcised In The Heart

Romans 2:29

If a person, who is uncircumcised, keeps The Law, can't we count him as being circumcised? 27 And, if we are naturally uncircumcised and keep The Law, then did we break The Law? 28 No one is a Jew just because he's circumcised. Nor, can we really call it Circumcision just because someone had the skin cut off the end of his penis. 29 But,

He is a Jew that is one inwardly

His circumcision is in his heart, in his spirit,

not in the letter of the Law

His praise is from God not from men

God's New Contract With The Jews

And

The Old Testament Doctrine Of Circumcised In The Heart

Deuteronomy 10:14

Behold heaven is the Lord's thy God, and the heaven of heaven, the earth and all things that are therein. 15 And yet the Lord hath been closely joined to thy fathers, and loved them and chose their seed after them, that is to say, you, out of all nations, as this day it is proved. 16

Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart,

and stiffen your neck no more. 17 Because the Lord your God he is the God of gods, and the Lord of lords, a great God and mighty and terrible, who accepteth no person nor taketh bribes.

Deuteronomy 30:1

When all these blessings and curses I have set before you come upon you and you take them to heart wherever the LORD your God disperses you among the nations, 2 and when you and your children return to the LORD your God and obey him with all your heart and with all your soul according to everything I command you today, 3 then the LORD your God will restore your fortunes [a] and have compassion on you and gather you again from all the nations where he scattered you. 4 Even if you have been banished to the most distant land under the heavens, from there the LORD your God will gather you and bring you back. 5 He will bring you to the land that belonged to your fathers, and you will take possession of it. He will make you more prosperous and numerous than your fathers. 6

The LORD your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your descendants, so that you may love him with all your heart and with all your soul, and live.

7 The LORD your God will put all these curses on your enemies who hate and persecute you. 8 You will again obey the LORD and follow all his commands I am giving you today. 9 Then the LORD your God will make you most prosperous in all the work of your hands and in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your land. The LORD will again delight in you and make you prosperous, just as he delighted in your fathers, 10 if you obey the LORD your God and keep his commands and decrees that are written in this Book of the Law and turn to the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

Jeremiah 31:31

Behold the days shall come, saith the Lord, and

I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

32 Not according to the covenant which I made with their fathers, in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt: the covenant which they made void, and I had dominion over them, saith the Lord. 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith the Lord:

I will give my law in their bowels, and I will write it in their heart: and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying: Know the Lord: for all shall know me from the least of them even to the greatest, saith the Lord: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Deuteronomy: 30:1

Now when all these things shall be come upon thee, the blessing or the curse, which I have set forth before thee, and thou shalt be touched with repentance of thy heart among all the nations, into which the Lord thy God shall have scattered thee, 2 And shalt return to him, and obey his commandments, as I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul: 3 The Lord thy God will bring back again thy captivity, and will have mercy on thee, and gather thee again out of all the nations, into which he scattered thee before. 4 If thou be driven as far as the poles of heaven, the Lord thy God will fetch thee back from thence, 5 And will take thee to himself, and bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it: and blessing thee, he will make thee more numerous than were thy fathers.

God will circumcise thy heart, and the heart of thy seed: that then you may love the Lord thy God

with all thy heart and with all thy soul, that thou mayst live. 7 And he will turn all these curses upon thy enemies, and upon them that hate and persecute thee. 8 But thou shalt return, and hear the voice of the Lord thy God, and shalt do all the commandments which I command thee this day:

The Prophets Warn That Jerusalem Will Fall

Jeremiah 22:1

Thus says the LORD, "Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and there speak this word

2and say, 'Hear the word of the LORD, O king of Judah, who sits on David's throne, you and your servants and your people who enter these gates.

3'Thus says the LORD, Do justice and righteousness, and deliver the one who has been robbed from the power of his oppressor Also do not mistreat or do violence to the stranger, the orphan, or the widow; and do not shed innocent blood in this place.

4"For if you men will indeed perform this thing, then kings will enter the gates of this house, sitting in David's place on his throne, riding in chariots and on horses, even the king himself and his servants and his people.

5"But if you will not obey these words, I swear by Myself," declares the LORD, "that this house will become a desolation."'"

6For thus says the LORD concerning the house of the king of Judah:
"You are like Gilead to Me,
         Like the summit of Lebanon;
Yet most assuredly I will make you like a wilderness,
Like cities which are not inhabited.
7"For I will set apart destroyers against you,
         Each with his weapons;
And they will cut down your choicest cedars
And throw them on the fire.

 8"Many nations will pass by Jerusalem;

and they will say to one another,

'Why did God destroy this great city?'

 9"And, they will answer, 'Because

the Jews broke the covenant with the LORD their God

and worshipped other gods and served these gods.'"

The Jewish Messiah

This is what Jews will do to their enemies at The End Of The World.

The Apocalypse 19:11

And I saw heaven open up. And, behold I saw a white horse. And, he that sat upon the white horse was called faithful and true. And, he judges and fights with justice. 12 And his eyes were like a flame of fire. And, on his head he wore many crowns. And, he had a name written, which no man could understand but himself. 13 And he was clothed with a white garment sprinkled with blood. And, his name is called, THE WORD OF GOD. 14 And the armies that are in heaven followed him on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15

And, out of his mouth protruded a sharp two edged sword. And, with this sharp sword, he struck all the nations. And he shall rule these nations with a rod of iron.

And, he stomped in the winepress with the fierceness of the wrath of God the Almighty.

16 And he hath on his garment, and on his thigh written: King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun, and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that did fly through the midst of heaven: Come, gather yourselves together for a great supper from God 18 You will eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of tribunes, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all freemen and bondmen, and of little and of great.

19 And, I saw the beast and the kings of the earth. And, I saw their armies gathered together to make war with him that sat upon the horse and with his army.

20 And the Beast was taken. And, with the Beast, the false Prophets were also taken, those men brought magic in front of the Beast, and with that magic, the Beast seduced them. And, they received the character of the beast. And, they adored the image of the Beast. And, these two, the Beast and the false Prophets, were cast alive into the pool of fire, burning with brimstone. 21

And the rest of the world were slain by the sword of him that sits upon the white horse, which sticks out of his mouth.

And, all the birds were filled with the flesh of these people.

The Remnant

The Chosen Few

Apocalypse 7:4

And I heard the number of them that were signed,

one hundred forty-four thousand were signed, of every tribe of the children of Israel.

5 Of the tribe of Judah, were twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Ruben, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Gad, twelve thousand signed:

6 Of the tribe of Asser, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Naphtali, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Manassas, twelve thousand signed: 7 Of the tribe of Simeon, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Levi, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Issachar, twelve thousand signed: 8 Of the tribe of Zebulon, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Joseph, twelve thousand signed: Of the tribe of Benjamin, twelve thousand signed.

Romans 11:1

I say then:

Did God cast away his people, the Jews, because they sinned against Him? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God did not cast away his people, which he always knew.

Know you not what the scripture said about Elias; how he calleth on God against Israel? 3 Lord, they have slain thy prophets, they have dug down thy altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. 4 But what saith the divine answer to him? I have left me seven thousand men, that have not bowed their knees to Baal. 5

And so, even today, there is a remnant of Jews who are saved because God wanted to save them and bless them.

God saved them so that they would be with Him to praise and worship Him for eternity.

Prophets Predict The Remnant

Isasias11:11

And it shall come to pass in that day, that

the Lord shall set his hand the second time to possess the remnant of his people,

which shall be left from the Assyrians, and from Egypt, and from Phetros, and from Ethiopia, and from Elam, and from Sennaar, and from Emath, and from the islands of the sea. 12 And he shall set up a standard unto the nations, and

shall assemble the fugitives of Israel, and shall gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.

Jeremiah 23:3

And I will gather together the remnant of my flock, out of all the lands into which I have cast them out: and I will make them return to their own fields, and they shall increase and be multiplied.

The Prophets Prophesy The Messiah

Jeremiah 23:1
"Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of My pasture!" declares the LORD.

2Therefore thus says the LORD God of Israel concerning the shepherds who are tending My people: "You have scattered My flock and driven them away, and have not attended to them; behold, I am about to attend to you for the evil of your deeds," declares the LORD.

3"Then I Myself will gather the remnant of My flock out of all the countries where I have driven them and bring them back to their pasture, and they will be fruitful and multiply.

4"I will also raise up shepherds over them and they will tend them; and they will not be afraid any longer, nor be terrified, nor will any be missing," declares the LORD.

5"Behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "When I will raise up from David a righteous Branch (The Messiah); And He will reign as king and act wisely and do justice and righteousness in the land.

6"In His days Judah will be saved and Israel will dwell securely. And, this is His name by which He will be called, 'The LORD our righteousness.'

7 Therefore behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "when they will no longer say, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt,'

8but, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I had driven them.' Then they will live on their own soil."

Paul Is The Apostle To The Gentiles

Romans 11:13

For I say to you, Gentiles: as long indeed as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I will honour my ministry, [14] If, by any means, I may provoke to emulation them who are my flesh, and may save some of them. [15] For if the loss of them be the reconciliation of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

Jesus Sends The Apostles To Look For The Lost Sheep

For Gentiles, these are the most important verses in the Bible because they tell us that the Contract is exclusively between God and the Jews.

Matthew 10:5

Then, Jesus sent His twelve disciples to the fours corners of the earth, instructing them,

"I don't want you to go looking in the places where the Gentiles are.

And, I don't want you to go looking in the city of the Samaritans.

6 But, rather, I only want you to look for the lost sheep of the house of Israel."7

Go to the Lost Sheep and preach to them and say, "The kingdom of heaven is here."

8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out devils. Freely have you received, freely give.

Matthew 15:22

And a woman from Canaan came out of those coasts, crying out and said to Jesus, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David,

my daughter is grievously troubled by the devil." 23 Jesus did not say one word to her. But, the disciples came to Jesus and said, "Send her away. She's bothering us.

24 And Jesus said to the woman,

"The Father did not send me to redeem the Gentiles. I was sent to redeem the sheep that are lost from the house of Israel."

25 But she came and adored Him and said, "Lord, help me."

26 Jesus answered her and said,

"It is not good for me to take the bread from the children of Israel and to cast it to the dogs."

27 But she said, "I know you're right. But, Lord, even the dogs get to eat the crumbs that fall from the table of their masters.

28 Then, Jesus answered her and said, "O woman, because your faith is so great, your wish has been granted to you." And her daughter was cured that very hour.

Interestingly, Mark quotes these same stories. But, either he or revisionists have deleted the important words that suggest Jewish primacy.

Mark 7:26

For the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophenician born. And she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter. [27] Who said to her: Suffer first the children to be filled: for it is not good to take the bread of the children, and cast it to the dogs. [28] But she answered and said to him: Yea, Lord; for the whelps also eat under the table of the crumbs of the children. [29] And he said to her: For this saying go thy way, the devil is gone out of thy daughter. [30] And when she was come into her house, she found the girl lying upon the bed, and that the devil was gone out.

Mark 6:7

And he called the twelve; and began to send them two and two, and gave them power over unclean spirits. [8] And he commanded them that they should take nothing for the way, but a staff only: no scrip, no bread, nor money in their purse, [9] But to be shod with sandals, and that they should not put on two coats. [10] And he said to them: Wheresoever you shall enter into an house, there abide till you depart from that place.

The Last Judgment

Apocalypse 20:11

And I saw a great white throne, and one sitting upon it, from whose face the earth and heaven fled away, and there was no place found for them. 12

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing in the presence of the throne, and the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged by those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and hell gave up their dead that were in them; and they were judged every one according to their works.

14 And hell and death were cast into the pool of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was cast into the pool of fire.

God's First Command To The Jews

1 And the Lord spoke all these words: 2 I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3

Thou shalt not have strange gods before me.

4 Thou shalt not make to thyself a graven thing, nor the likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or in the earth beneath, nor of those things that are in the waters under the earth. 5 Thou shalt not adore them, nor serve them: I am the Lord thy God, mighty, jealous, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me:

Jews Want The Blood On Their Children

But they cried out the more, saying: Let him be crucified. 24 And Pilate seeing that he prevailed nothing, but that rather a tumult was made; taking water washed his hands before the people, saying: I am innocent of the blood of this just man; look you to it. 25

And the whole people answering, said:

His blood be upon us and our children.

Jews Believe That Blood Washes Away Sin

To understand Christianity, you need to know that Jews believe

·         blood washes away sin. Also, the

·         blood must be from an innocent victim. Also,

·         animal sacrifices could not wash away a sin against God. So,

·         God sent another God, his son, to shed His blood for the Jews.

·         The blood of the lamb Of God takes away the sins of the Jews.

Now, the Jews had the perfect sacrifice to appease God.

Hebrews 10:1

For the law having a shadow of the good things to come, not the very image of the things; by the selfsame sacrifices which they offer continually every year, can never make the comers thereunto perfect: 2 For then they would have ceased to be offered: because the worshippers once cleansed should have no conscience of sin any longer: 3 But in them there is made a commemoration of sins every year. 4

But, it's impossible to take away the sin that we committed against God with the blood of oxen and goats.

5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith: Sacrifice and oblation thou wouldest not: but a body thou hast fitted to me:

2 "They would have ceased"... If they had been of themselves perfect to all the intents of redemption and remission, as Christ's death is there would have been no occasion of so often repeating them: as there is no occasion for Christ's dying any more for our sins.

6 Holocausts for sin did not please thee. 7 Then said I: Behold I come: in the head of the book it is written of me: that I should do thy will, O God. 8 In saying before, Sacrifices, and oblations, and holocausts for sin thou wouldest not, neither are they pleasing to thee, which are offered according to the law. 9 Then said I: Behold, I come to do thy will, O God: he taketh away the first, that he may establish that which followeth. 10 In the which will, we are sanctified by the oblation of the body of Jesus Christ once.

11 And every priest indeed standeth daily ministering, and often offering the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12

But, Jesus, in one sacrifice, washed away our sins against God,

for ever sitteth on the right hand of God, 13 From henceforth expecting, until his enemies be made his footstool. 14 For by one oblation he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 And the Holy Ghost also doth testify this to us. For after that he said:

16 And this is the testament which I will make unto them after those days, saith the Lord.

I will put my laws in their hearts, and on their minds will I write them:

17 And their sins and iniquities I will remember no more.

18 Now where there is a remission of these, there is no more an oblation for sin. 19 Having therefore, brethren, a confidence in the entering into the holies

by the blood of Christ

Old Testament Sin Sacrifices

Ezekiel 45

16 All the people of the land shall be bound to these first fruits for the prince in Israel. 17 And the prince shall give the holocaust, and the sacrifice, and the libations on the feasts, and on the new moons, and on the Sabbaths, and on all the solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall offer the sacrifice for sin, and the holocaust, and the peace offerings to make expiation for the house of Israel. 18 Thus saith the Lord God: In the first month, the first of the month, thou shalt take a calf of the herd without blemish, and thou shalt expiate the sanctuary. 19

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering:

and he shall put it on the posts of the house, and on the four corners of the brim of the altar, and on the posts of the gate of the inner court. 20 And so shalt thou do in the seventh day of the month, for every one that hath been ignorant, and hath been deceived by error, and thou shalt make expiation for the house.

21 In the first month, the fourteenth day of the month, you shall observe the solemnity of the paschal: seven days unleavened bread shall be eaten. 22 And the prince on that day shall offer for himself, and for all the people of the land, a calf for sin. 23 And in the solemnity of the seven days he shall offer for a holocaust to the Lord, seven calves, and seven rams without blemish daily for seven days: and for sin a he goat daily. 24 And he shall offer the sacrifice of an ephi for every calf, and an ephi for every ram: and a hin of oil for every ephi. 25 In the seventh month, in the fifteenth day of the month, in the solemn feast, he shall do the like for the seven days: as well in regard to the sin offering, as to the holocaust, and. the sacrifice, and the oil.

Jesus Is The Messiah

Matthew 10:34

Do not think that I came to bring peace into world.

No, I did not come to bring peace but rather the sword.

35 For I came to set a man against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

36 And a man's enemies shall be they of his own household. 37 He that loveth father or mother more than me, is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me, is not worthy of me. 38 And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth me, is not worthy of me. 39 He that findeth his life, shall lose it: and he that shall lose his life for me, shall find it. 40 He that receiveth you, receiveth me: and he that receiveth me, receiveth him that sent me.

John 1:36

And seeing Jesus walking, John The Baptist said: Behold the Lamb of God. 37 And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. 38 And Jesus turning, and seeing them following him, said to them: What seek you? Who said to him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou? 39 He saith to them: Come and see. They came, and saw where he abode, and they stayed with him that day. Now, it was about the tenth hour. 40 And Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, was one of the two who had heard of John, and followed him.

41 He found first his brother Simon, and said to him:

We have found the Messiah, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.

Jews Are God's Children

8In other words,

Not all of the children who were born to Abraham are God's children.

But rather, it is only the children of the Promise who are the children of Abraham. And, therefore

Jehovah Witness publications teach that all humanity is in a sinful state.

Release from this is possible because Jesus' shed blood provided a payment, or atonement, for the sins of humankind.

Witnesses believe there are two destinations for those saved by God.

They say the number of Christians going to heaven is limited to precisely 144,000, who will rule with Jesus as kings and priests over earth.

For Including Gentiles Into The Testament

Acts 21: 26 - 32

26] Then Paul took the men, and the next day being purified with them, entered into the temple, giving notice of the accomplishment of the days of purification, until an oblation should be offered for every one of them. [27] But when the seven days were drawing to an end, those Jews that were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands upon him, crying out: [28] Men of Israel, help: This is the man that teacheth all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place; and moreover hath brought in Gentiles into the temple, and hath violated this holy place. [29] (For they had seen Trophimus the Ephesian in the city with him, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.) [30] And the whole city was in an uproar: and the people ran together. And taking Paul, they drew him out of the temple, and immediately the doors were shut.

[31] And as they went about to kill him, it was told the tribune of the band, That all Jerusalem was in confusion. [32] Who, forthwith taking with him soldiers and centurions, ran down to them. And when they saw the tribune and the soldiers they left off beating Paul.
